Condolence: We knew David from the time he was born, our kids grew up with David & his brothers. David was always a great kid, He was always ready to try something new. He was excited about life. I know that He will be missed by his mom, Susan, his brothers, friends & family. Helen & I will always remember David and the joy he shared with all of us. Susan hang in there and remember we love you.

Condolence: I served with Tom (Dave) in the Marine Corps from 1977-79. We first met in Beaufort, SC, while both of us were with VMFA 251 and had fun fishing and driving around the country. We were together on a WesPac tour in the far east in 1977-78. We saw a lot of different country together and he was always full of wonder at the different places we went. Japan, Korea, and the Philippine Islands. We tried to see as much as we could but the times were very unsettled then so we always tried to find a local member of our host countries militia to be a tour guide for us. I remember a time we were in the Philippines and got a jeep ride out into the country and came upon a family that was butchering a hog. We had a blast watching and talking with the family while they processed the pig and they fed us so much deep fried pork that we were hurting the whole ride back to Olongapo city. I won't even talk about the next day. Once, while in Korea, we were driving the base perimeter and saw a farmer beside the road taking a pee. Tom giggled and said that the ol' boy wouldn't be able to do that 'back home' cause of the wind. When I left the Corps in '79 we promised to stay in touch but, sadly that didn't happen. I missed him back then and miss him more now.
Watch over those streets of gold Bro.

Condolence: To All The Family,

I am so sorry for what you are having to go through right now. It was too soon for him to leave, but the way I see it is that there is no other place that David would rather be than with his Lord & Savior. To know in my heart that he has that kind of peace is a re assurance that I cannot express. May God Bless you all and give you the strength that you may need to get you through this emotional time.
