Arthur was born March 26, 1973 in El Paso, Texas, a son of Jerry and Karen (Hernandez) Sanchez.
A Vigil for the Deceased will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
