Charlotte Bell

Mrs. Charlotte S. Bell, 92, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2015, at the Life Care Center of Cheyenne. Mrs. Bell was born December 10, 1922, in Washington, D.C., a daughter of the late Donald I. and Grace I. (Herriott) Stanton, Sr. Charlotte moved to Cheyenne in 2001 from Bradenton, Florida. She was an active member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church. She also enjoyed painting, playing bridge, and supporting animal conservation. Charlotte is survived by two nieces, Robin Condon of Bowie, MD, and Laura Rossi of Elko, NV; and a nephew, Scott Grayson of Bradenton, FL. She is preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Roy O. Bell; two sisters, Grace Stanton and Anne Grayson; and a brother, Donald I. Stanton, Jr. Private family services will be held at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Schrader Funeral Home.
