Charmayne Leila Cesal, 87, of Cheyenne, passed away May 15, 2026, in Cheyenne.
She was born Jan. 29, 1939, in Evergreen Park, Ill., to Tunis and Alecia Collings.
A faithful woman of God, Charmayne dedicated her life to the Lord Jesus Christ and reflected His love through kindness, devotion, and service to others. Together with her beloved husband, Rich, she sought to honor God in all things. Her last breath here became her first breath of praise in heaven.
She married E. Richard Cesal on April 12, 1958, in Oak Lawn, Ill. She was a member of Northwoods Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, E. Richard Cesal; her brother, Adam Collings; and her sister, Dianne Yohannan.
She is survived by her children, Kimberly (Michael) Gragg of Pea Ridge, Ark., Kathleen (William) Burk of Paw Paw, Mich., Kara (Dale) Holub of Beasley, Texas, Matthew (Carrie) Cesal of Eau Claire, Wis., and Nathan Cesal of Kirkland, Wash.; brother, Larry Collings of Chicago, Ill.; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
The family would like to thank the members and friends of Northwoods Presbyterian Church, Meals on Wheels, Synergy Home Care — especially Brittany for her loving care — and the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit staff at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center for the kindness, compassion, and support shown to Charmayne and her family.
