Christine Sotelo Starr

Christine “Tina” Sotelo Starr, born May 14, 1958, in Norwalk, California, passed away on October 24, 2025, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, surrounded by loved ones.

Tina was a vibrant, fun-loving woman who brought joy and laughter wherever she went. She had a deep love for the outdoors and could often be found exploring nature—searching for arrowheads, collecting special rocks, or simply enjoying the peace of wandering for hours under the open sky. She loved exploring caves and was never afraid to pull others along with her, even if they were hesitant—turning what might have been a scary adventure into a joyful memory.

Her love for dancing and her radiant smile could brighten any room, and she had a gift for making others feel welcome and loved.

Tina was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her four children, Helen, Michelle, Constance, and Richard; grandchildren Andrew, Sarah, Angle, Maddox, and several others she loved deeply; and great-grandchildren including Aubrey and others who brought her immense joy.

She is also survived by her siblings, Paul, Steve, Mary, and Gloria, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends who will cherish her memory.

Tina will be remembered for her generous heart, adventurous spirit, and her unwavering ability to make others smile.

A celebration of Tina’s life will be held in the summer of 2026, with details to be shared once finalized. Her family invites all who knew her to honor her memory by embracing the joy, kindness, and love for nature that defined her life.
