David was born December 8, 1953 in Kalamazoo, Michigan, a son of the late Frank and Josephine (Godisek) McEnterfer.

Services will be private. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home, 2222 Russell Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001.
