Obituary

Delores L. Seid passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, creativity, and kindness that will be cherished by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William P. Seid, and her son, Kerry P. Seid.

Delores is survived by her daughter-in-law, Denise Seid; her grandchildren, Christopher Seid, Aurora Dilday (Duard Dilday III), Justin Urbanek (Natasha Urbanek), and Sarah Urbanek (Chris Anderson); her treasured great-grandchildren, Fionna, Sasha, Kai, Karsen, Austin, Connor, Bella, Lorelei, Noah, and Owen; as well as many extended family members and dear friends who will miss her deeply.

A devoted homemaker and talented seamstress, Delores poured her heart into caring for her family while expressing her creativity through countless forms of art. As a proud Navy wife, she supported her husband throughout his military service, living in Hawaii and Connecticut before the family returned home to Casper, Wyoming. There, they raised their son, built a life together, and became part of the community they loved.

Whether sewing, crafting, painting, or exploring new artistic endeavors, Delores found joy in creating beauty and sharing it with others. Her passion for the arts continued throughout her life, and she generously volunteered her time at Art 321 in Casper, Wyoming, where she inspired and encouraged fellow artists and community members alike.

Delores will be remembered for her gentle spirit, artistic talent, generous heart, unwavering devotion to her family, and the love she shared with all who knew her. Her creativity lives on through the many lives she touched and the beautiful works she created.

In keeping with Delores’s appreciation for those who served our country, the family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the Wyoming Veterans Memorial Museum in honor of Delores L. Seid.
