Dianne H. Baldwin was a long time resident of Cheyenne, Wyoming. She was an artist, teacher, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and tireless advocate for the disabled and handicapped community. Dianne taught Art in the Cheyenne public schools for many years, owned an art supply business, and gave instruction in jewelry making and custom journal book binding. Dianne touched innumerable lives in a positive, creative, and loving way through her many endeavors, and will be deeply missed by her students, artist groups, friends, and family. A joyful Celebration of Life took place on 13 February 2026 at Lakeview Cemetery in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
