Obituary

Dianne Holley Baldwin was a long time resident of Cheyenne, Wyoming. She was an artist, teacher, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and tireless advocate for the disabled and handicapped community. Dianne taught Art in the Cheyenne public schools for many years, owned an art supply business, and gave instruction in jewelry making and custom journal book binding. Dianne touched innumerable lives in a positive, creative, and loving way through her many endeavors, and will be deeply missed by her students, artist groups, friends, and family. A joyful Celebration of Life took place on 13 February 2026 at Lakeview Cemetery in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Dianne is survived by her brother and sister-in-law Gregg and Mina Holley of Fort Collins, Colorado, her niece Dr. Heidi Stiehl and Kurt of Los Gatos, California, her daughter and son-in-law Kristina and Brett Steger of Pine Bluffs, Wyoming, her son and daughter-in-law Jerry and Cynthia Baldwin of Montana, six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Dianne was predeceased by her husband and life partner Jerry Baldwin on 22 June 2020.
