Harold Walsh

Harold W. Walsh, 89, of Cheyenne passed away March 3, 2018 at Granite Rehab and Wellness. He was born March 27, 1928 in Cheyenne to John and Anna Walsh. He married Jean Scott on May 28, 1968 in Cheyenne. He served in the U.S. Army during Korea, and retired from the US post office. He was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral, Knights of Columbus, Eagle's Lodge, Elk's Lodge and the VFW. He is survived by his niece, Laurie Walsh; nephew, William "Billy" Walsh; great nieces and nephews, Monique Walsh Wolski, Richard Breuel, Ashley Walsh, Cody Walsh and Seth Horn. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Walsh; daughter, Cecilia Walsh; brothers, Jack and Thomas Walsh; sisters-in-law Almeda Walsh and Betty Walsh; nephew, Thomas Walsh, Jr. and niece, Linda Horn. A vigil for the deceased will be Wednesday 6:00 p.m. in the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. A funeral liturgy will be 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Cathedral side chapel with interment in Olivet Cemetery.
