Heather O'Brien-Chaney

Heather Pamela O'Brien-Chaney, 44, died December 16, 2016, at her home in Cheyenne. She was born in Warren, Michigan, on July 21, 1972, to Eugene and Pamela O'Brien. She attended East High and LCCC. She is survived by her husband, James Chaney whom she married in May 2016; daughter, Grace Owen; mother, Pam Pallak; brothers, Noah O'Brien (Geneva Hobbs), J. O'Brien (Heather Raimondo), and Jeffery A. Pallak (Lori Baird); as well as 11 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Eugene; her dad, Jeff Pallak; and grandparents. Services will be held at a later date. Friends may contribute to Grace's education fund at 923 McGovern, Cheyenne WY 82001.
