In Loving Memory of Jessie David Six Dones 

Jessie David Six Dones, 29, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away on June 15, 2026, at 5:44 p.m. 

Born on July 17, 1996, Jessie was raised by his father, Kirk Dones, together with his Grandpa and Nanna. Despite his mother’s absence, these three loving figures collectively provided him with the guidance, support, and strength that shaped him into an amazing young man. 

Jessie shared a deep and devoted love with his wife, Joy. She was his partner through it all, and their bond brought him great happiness. Travis, Jessie’s best friend, along with Travis’s wife Reba, knew him for the past 16 years. They watched him mature from a young, dumb pain-in-the-ass kid into a strong-willed, amazing adult who, despite the odds, survived more than twice what was expected of him by medical professionals. 

His resilience and spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. Jessie loved big loud trucks and motorcycles, anything adorned with skulls, and apple whiskey. 

He lived life on his own terms with a bold heart and a strong will. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife Joy, his father Kurk Dones, and Nanna, his best friend Travis and wife Reba, and all the family and friends whose lives he touched with his strength, loyalty, and larger-than-life personality. 

A celebration of Jessie’s life will be held at a date yet to be determined. Family and friends are invited to come together to share stories, remember his love for loud engines and skulls, and honor the incredible man he became. 

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to American Diabetes Association. 

Jessie, you were truly one of a kind — strong-willed, resilient, and deeply loved. Your light and your roar will never be forgotten. Rest in peace.
