John Jurgens

John “Jack” Jurgens, 75, passed away peacefully on May 1, 2022 with his wife by his side.

Jack was born June 3, 1946 to John and Evelyn Jurgens.

Jack is survived by his loving wife, Theresa; their dog, Keno, who gave him so much joy; his children, Bryan Flowers, Chance Flowers, and Christy Flowers, his grandchildren, Jude and Quinn Flowers, Tanner Haugh and Jordin Kepford; and his great grandchildren, Oliver and Owen Haugh.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation in his name to Davis Hospice Center, 6000 Sycamore Rd.
