Joseph S. Tortolito, 61, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away tragically on Friday, May 11, 2018 in Cheyenne. Joseph was born December 22, 1956 in Cheyenne. A Vigil for the Deceased will be held on Friday, May 25, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
