Juan Lujan

Juan G. Lujan passed away on April 25, 2025. He was born on September 16, 1932, in Llan, NM.

Mr. Lujan met Tina Montoya on a blind date, and they were married on February 9, 1952, in Leadville, CO. They have been married for 72 years. In 1973, they moved to Cheyenne. He worked for Union Pacific Rail for five years, New Jersey Zinic Mine for seven years, and Burlington Northern Railroad for 30 years.

He enjoyed riding his bike 15 to 20 miles a day, doing yard work, and spending time with his family.

He has six children: Kathy, Johnny (Andrea), Our Beloved, Mitzie (Anthony), Mellinda (Johnnie), Loretta (Rick), and Lorraine (Mike). He had numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

A Vigil for the Deceased will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 3pm at Schrader Funeral Home, a Funeral Mass will be read on Friday, May 9, 2025 at 11am, followed by a reception in the fellowship hall and a Graveside Service at Mountain View Memorial Park.
