Celebration of Life
646 Rd 210
1:30 - 2:30 pm (Mountain time)
Kimberly Clark Ferguson was born September 16, 1954 in Germany to Lt. (USAF) Robert and Barbara Garver Clark, minutes after her twin brother Robert III (BC) was born. She grew up and attended high school in California before moving to Arizona to attend college. While in Arizona she joined the singing group Up With People and toured with them for two years.
Kimberly worked as a legal secretary and a veterinarian assistant in Phoenix. While singing at her local church, she met Kathie Cooper and her family. The Cooper family invited her to Cheyenne Frontier Days and to visit Ferguson Ranch where she met Walter Ferguson III. Kimberly and Walt were married November 14, 1985. They had two children, William and Sarah.
Kimberly started the Willow Bend Foundation, an equine therapy method using miniature horses. She was active in Wyoming Cattlewomen, Laramie County Cowbelles, Berean Church MOPS, and a local quilting club. She won a number of awards at the Laramie County Fair.
During their 40 years of marriage, Kimberly and Walt enjoyed several cruises and many trips to Catalina Island and Disneyland. They often included their nieces and nephews on the Disneyland trips. They both loved the July 4th activities, especially camping and doing the buried meat barbeques.
Kimberly passed away on December 19, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Barbara Clark, and her twin brother BC.
She is survived by her husband, Walter III; her children, William Ferguson and Sarah Reisdorfer; her grandchildren, Liam and Rosie Ferguson and Quincy Sutherland; two sisters; two stepsisters and a stepbrother; and numerous other relatives and friends, including honorary son, Justin Henderson.
A Celebration of Life is planned for Saturday, January 10 at 1:30 at the ranch.
