Leonard was born in Albion, Pennsylva He served 20 years in the Air Force 15 years for the state of Wyoming and worked at the heating plant on base as a civilian, he had 2 children with his former spouse Sharon Thornton. Donna Boyette and Michael Thornton and is also survived by 3 grandkids. Four great-grandchildren and recently became a great-great Grandpa. Services will be held at Cheyenne National Cemetery at 10 o'clock, on Friday, May 1, reception following at the American Legion.
