Margaret Hansen

Margaret I. Hansen passed away in her home on February 4, 2024. Margaret was the daughter of A. Floyd and Hazel Miller. She was born December 14, 1922, in Huntington, Indiana. Margaret was married to Paul A. Hansen in 1947, in Lima, Ohio, for 57 years. They moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming in 1953. They had three daughters, Carol DeLois, and Paula Hansen, both of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Mary Boal of Evanston, Wyoming. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul, and her daughter Carol DeLois. Margaret had six grandchildren, Troy DeLois of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Justin Montgomery of Ft. Collins, Colorado, Stephanie Gross of Phoenix, Arizona, Craig Boal of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Kara Poppe of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Emily Norris of Casper, Wyoming. She has ten great-grandchildren who loved her very much, as she loved them.

A Vigil for the Deceased will be held at St. Mary's Cathedral on Monday February 12, 2024, at 7:00 p.m in Cheyenne, Wyoming. On Tuesday February 13, 2024, at 10 a.m., a Funeral Liturgy will be held at St. Mary's Cathedral with a reception to follow. 

Burial will take place on Tuesday February 13, 2024, at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Cheyenne, Wyoming at 12:30 in the afternoon, following the reception.
