Nancy Harris

Nancy Rogers Harris, 88, of Cheyenne, Wyoming passed away Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center.

Nancy was born March 29, 1933 in Smith Center, Kansas, daughter of Merlin and Winifred (Mahin) Rogers.

Nancy was a member of the Soroptimist Club for many years as well as the Rawlins School Board and help supervise a Cancer Fund Raiser.  Most of all Nancy was crowned Miss Wyoming USA in 1953.

Nancy had many hobbies and traveling was one of them. She also enjoyed donating blood throughout her life and claims she probably donated close to, if not more than a million gallons.  HaHa

Nancy is survived by daughter, Valorie (Neal) Smith of Boise, Idaho; son, Sean Harris of Studio City, California; grandchildren, Erin Jones and Annie Cooper; and 3 great-grandchildren.

Nancy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Larry Harris

Cremation has taken place under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home, 2222 Russell Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001.
