Neill Thomas peacefully passed away at his home in Cheyenne, Wyoming surrounded by family. Originally from Washington, DC, he was a longtime resident of Frisco, Colorado. After a career at AT&T he relocated to Frisco, Colorado, where he enjoyed fishing, golfing, and winter sports, also becoming involved with the Colorado Republican Party. In his final years he resided with his son, daughter-in law and grand daughter in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He is survived by his son John, daughter-in law Patricia, grand daughter Mollie, daughter Jeanette, and many grand children and great grand children. It was his wish that donations be made to the Cheyenne Animal Shelter in leu of flowers.
