Pamela Thora Jacobs passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on February 18, 2026, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Born on September 9th 1941 in Rougham, England, Pam’s kindness, generosity and warm heart touched all who knew her throughout her 84 years of life.
Pam was the cherished daughter of the late Rose and Frank Warren, a nurturing sister to her brothers Barry(Caroline) and Bryan(Joan) Warren, loving cousin to Pat, and a devoted Aunt to her nieces and nephews Mark, Sharon, Emily, Graham, Richard, and great nieces and nephews, all residing in the U.K.
She is survived by her loving daughters Amanda(Rick) Singhas and Sarah(Derek) Maples and her adoring grandchildren, Francesca Singhas, Brittany Daniels(Jacob) and Taylor Maples.
Those who knew Pam would describe her as vibrant, kind, loving and gentle, she never knew a stranger and was always the first to help anyone. She lived life to the fullest, always up for an adventure and perfectly dressed for an event. Pam would light up a room with her presence and personality. The consummate hostess, she and her friends always celebrated life beautifully, regardless of the occasion, every day was a celebration. Her nurturing spirit gave such delight to those she cared for. A member of the Beta Sigma Phi sisterhood was especially dear to her heart, in addition to supporting the American Cancer Society, Veterans groups and local ASPCA’s. Pam found joy in everything she did, knitting, crocheting, cooking, hosting, traveling, or dancing were just a few of her passions.
A proud grandmother, Pam’s dedication and love for her grandchildren was boundless. Being present for their milestones and celebrating occasions bought her such happiness, in addition to teaching them their British heritage and cooking traditional meals.
Pam enjoyed a long and fulfilling career in the business sector, a perfectionist, she dedicated herself to being the best administrative assistant, both in the U.K and the U.S.A. Achieving numerous secretarial certificates from the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commence, London. These served her well during her tenure at Bay Point Yacht and Country Club, Hilton Inc. and Ramada Franchise.
Pam’s life was a testament to the beauty of a kind heart, and she will be deeply missed. Her life will be celebrated at sunset on Panama City beach, FL at a future date.
