Penny is survived by her loving husband, Ulrich Snyder, and their daughter, Ruth Hack, both of whom carry her legacy in their hearts. She is also predeceased by her parents, Ruth and Luther Winders, who were undoubtedly proud of the extraordinary woman she became.
