Richard was born April 15, 1948 in Cheyenne, a son of the late Harry and Mary (Goff) Kolkman.
Services will be private. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home, 2222 Russell Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001.
