Robert "Bob" Carl Miller

Robert Carl Miller, 80, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away January 6, 2026. He was born August 8, 1945, in Clearwater, Nebraska, the son of Carl and Juanita Miller. Bob spent his early years enjoying farm life before moving to Cheyenne at age 13, a place he called home for the remainder of his life. He graduated from Cheyenne Central High School in 1963 and built a dedicated career in telecommunications with Mountain Bell. He also served his country as a member of the Wyoming Air National Guard. He was preceded in death by his parents and 4 siblings. Bob is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Marceil; children Roberta, Eugene, Matthew, and Jonathan; 12 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren, who will always cherish his memory and example of loyalty and faith. Services will be held at Family Harvest Church on Friday, January 16, at 12 p.m.
