Rodney E. Williams, 64, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2017, at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Rodney was born April 16, 1953, in Madisonville, Kentucky. Services and interment will be held in Slaughters Cemetery, Slaughters, Kentucky. Local arrangements are under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
