Sasha Brooks

My dear Sasha, known as The Sasha. She was my whole world. She was only 6 years old when she lost her battle to cancer. I helped her fight and she fought even harder, but the lord called her home too soon.

Sasha was a tortoiseshell, and she definitely had tortitude. She was a very spunky girl with a voice she was not afraid to use. The Sasha has helped me through so much over the years. I adopted her from the shelter as a kitten and we had been inseparable since.

Sasha loved being outdoors, she loved rolling in the dirt and running through the grass. Her favorite toys were a large stuffed carrot and little plastic springs. She was a very loud gal, and she liked to “yell”, and expected a hug whenever I came home. I could pat my chest and she would jump up to me.

The Sasha has been missed greatly, and she always will be. The day she left me I lost a part of me. Just like a memory she left too soon. <3
