Seth Souter was born in Upland, CA, and grew up in the small town of Hesperia. Seth was an active young man who was talented at everything he did. Seth raced dirt bikes all through his childhood and teenage years. Seth’s ultimate dream was to be a part of the United States Marine Corps following in his grandfather's steps who faithfully served for 23 years in 3 major conflicts including World War II, Korea, and Vietnam. Seth was inspired by his grandfather and joined as soon as he was of age. Seth served in the Marine Corps as a Mortarman in the Infantry for 4 years and deployed to the Middle East twice.
After getting out of the Marines Seth continued serving the communities in Wyoming as a Laramie County Sheriff's Deputy and then a Police Officer with the city of Cheyenne. Seth also recommitted to the military by serving with the Army National Guard.
Seth was loved by everyone he came across. Seth inspired others to be the best versions of themselves, he truly cared for all his friends and family. He was a natural leader and dedicated his whole life to serving others. Seth was a true patriot and loved the freedoms of this country. Seth loved his family, the outdoors, and his dogs Sammy and Fitz.
Seth is survived by his family which includes his mother and father, Amy and Scott, his 2 sisters, Moret and Morganne, and his brother, Shane. Seth was an outstanding man and we will miss him dearly.
