Timothy (Tim) John Galvin, 69 of Cheyenne, WY (formerly from Oro Grande, CA) passed away peacefully on April ­­­­­­­­­20, 2026 at Cheyenne VA Medical Center surrounded by his loving family after a courageous battle of cancer for over three years.

Tim was born in England in 1957and he served in the United States Marine Corps. Tim worked for over 40 years for the San Bernardino County Water and Sanitation Department. He was a big sports fanatic and had a great sense of humor.

Tim is survived by his wife Raquel (Sarabia), Sons Anthony Sarabia ,Santa Barbara, CA and John Paul Galvin and Thomas Joshua Galvin, Cheyenne, WY; Granddaughters Mia Sarabia and Alina Sarabia, Santa Barbara, CA.

Tim was predeceased by his Father, the late John William Galvin.

He is survived by his Mother Mary Jane Galvin(Cooper), Las Vegas, Nevada; sister Rose C. Egnacheski and the late David J. Egnacheski, Tampa, FL., brother Samuel J. Galvin, Sheridan, AR. and sister Dorothy J. Galvin, Las Vegas, NV.

Tim is survived by many nephews, great nephews and a great niece. He is also survived by a few sister-in-laws, a few brother-in-laws and many Galvin cousins. He had many lifelong friendships that he treasured.

Tim will be laid to rest at the Cheyenne National Cemetery in Laramie County, Cheyenne, WY with a private family graveside prayer service and burial with full military honors by the USMC and American Legion.
