Tim was born in Denver, Colorado to Barbara (Reece) and Ralph Money, Jr. When Tim was just a boy, he was placed by the courts and raised by very loving parents Bobbi (Land) & Walt Mecomber. He attended school in Aurora, Colorado.

Tim had a gentle nature and could be very loving. His careers were in carpentry and auto body technology. He was very handy at turning junk into usable items. As a young adult he moved to Bakersfield, CA to live the “Cali” life as he put it. During his years there Tim was blessed with a son, Timothy Matthew “Matty” Money. When his parents Bobbi & Walt moved back to Cheyenne upon retiring, Tim returned as well.

Genetically Tim was predisposed to addiction, and he struggled most of his adult life with alcohol. This would be his downfall and those who love him have spent a great many years watching what that can do to someone. It is with great sadness yet relief that we let him go knowing that he is finally safe and at peace.

Tim is survived by his sisters: Chele (Doug) Mecomber Porter & T.J. (Norm) Mecomber Russi of Burns. Nieces: Robbi (Larry) Russi Jares and their son Braden of Cheyenne, Kylie Porter of Burns, Eylisch Porter of CO. Nephews: Lonnie (Nanjoo) Johnston, MI, Matt (Lacey) Porter, N.J., Brandon Russi of Burns.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents: Bobbi & Walt Mecomber, brother, Brad Mecomber, son Matty Money and his biological parents, Barbara and Ralph Money.
