On July 13, 2026, Tracy Lee Urquidez returned home to the loving embrace of our Father in Heaven. She passed away peacefully in her home, with her devoted and faithful dog, Sadie, by her side.
Tracy was deeply and genuinely loved by everyone who knew her. She had a heart of gold and would gladly give the shirt off her back to anyone in need. She never hesitated to show up for others during difficult times and never expected anything in return. Her door was always open, and her home was a place of comfort, laughter, and love.
Tracy was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed spending time with her friends, sharing a cold drink, relaxing at the lake, paddling boarding, playing darts, and filling every gathering with laughter. Above all, she cherished time with her children and five grandchildren. She loved hosting family dinners and creating memories with those she loved most.
For more than 20 years, Tracy dedicated herself to working in the medical field. She took great pride in caring for others and devoted much of her life to serving her community through her work.
Tracy was born on May 23, 1978, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, to Randy Urquidez and Shirley Dagsen Heiniger. Although she spent part of her childhood in Ogden, Utah, surrounded by family and friends, she eventually returned to Cheyenne, where she graduated from high school and built the life she always dreamed of. She became the proud mother of four beautiful children and later the loving grandmother of five cherished grandchildren.
Tracy is survived by her children, Celina Ramirez, Aryana (Dillion) Morrison, Laynie (Jarron Mascarenas) Ramirez, and Samuel Ramirez, as well as her five beloved grandchildren Nayeli, Adalynn, Lillian, Jericho, and Sophia. Her parents Shirley and Carl, sisters Penny (Farzan) Hosein, Brandi Morales, extended family, and countless friends whose lives she touched. Her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love will never be forgotten.
She’s proceeded in death by her father Randy Urquidez, nephew Alexander Wilson, cousin Jennifer Lieske, uncle Rich Lieske, and good friend Billi Duty.
Tracy was well known and dearly loved throughout the community. Her compassion, laughter, and beautiful spirit left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her. Though she will be profoundly missed, her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, July 18, 2026, at LCCC Clay pathfinder building at 2 pm then immediately following there will a reception at the Eagles Lodge.
