Valerie was born June 24, 1939 in Sale, England, a daughter of Edward and Sarah E. (Ely) Harding.
A memorial service will be celebrated on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home, 2222 Russell Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001.
