Vanessia Payton

With heart felt sadness we announce the passing of our sister Vanessia Maria Payton on October 12th 2025, She fought hard and diligently against breast Cancer She leaves behind her father Willie Hill, children Wilber, Maurice (Stepanie), Mecedes, and Alexis, her grandchildren, Samaria, Chris, Neela and Aubrianna, also Brothers Willie (Vi), Jesse,( Tasha) and sisters Betty, Annetta (Dave) and Paulette. She had several nieces, nephews and close friends and companion Donald. She is preceded in death by Her mother Hattie Ann Johnson, brothers Mack, and Chris along with her sister Mattiebelle. Vanessia loved celebrating Halloween it was her favorite holiday, and pink her color. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
