Vicente Soto IV of Burns, Wyoming, passed away on November 18, 2025. He was born March 7, 1972, in Taft, Texas.

Vicente (also known as Tito) loved spending time with family and friends. He always left you laughing. He worked as a welder, carpenter and all around handyman. He was a jack of all trades. He loved helping people and had a gift of gab. He was a brother to friends and an uncle to many.

Vicente is survived by his mother Viola Ortega (her husband Daniel Ortega), his sister Hipolita Soto (her children Savanah Martinez, Carolina Perez, and Ivan Martinez), his sister Ramona Soto, his brother Noe Soto ( his children Noe Soto Jr. and Juan Soto), his brother Isaias Soto (his wife Rita and children Emanual Dones, Benjamin Cruzen Jr., and Isais Soto Jr.), his brother Moses Soto (his children Moses Soto Jr., Clarissa Soto), his brother Braulio Soto (Braulio Soto's children), all from Texas. His brother Lucas Soto (his wife Raquel Soto, and children Lucas Angel Soto (his mother Lauri Johnson), Freedom, Twilight, Maria and Danica Hemighway), all of Burns, Wyoming. He also left behind two children, daughter Christina Casanova, Vicente Soto V, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild, all from Texas.

He was preceded in death by his father Vicente Soto III, and niece Esmeralda Viola Soto, and grandmother Josafina Soto.
