At Schrader, Aragon & Jacoby Funeral Home we are here to support you in your journey as you cope with the loss of a loved one. After the funeral or memorial service, the days, weeks, and months that follow are often difficult. During this time, the support, encouragement, and guidance of others play an important role in our grief journey.

HeartLight Center is a not-for-profit offering meaningful, accessible grief support and education. HeartLight offers virtual and in-person grief support groups, workshops, seminars, and resources for individuals and organizations.
